Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The item must also be in the original packaging.
Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Software products to download
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.
Only partial refunds are granted in certain situations:
* Smartphones & accessories with obvious signs of wear
*Items that are no longer in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Items returned after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds
When we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you returned.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will automatically be credited.
exchange
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item,
send us an email to info@handyschmiede-saar.de and send the article to: Handyschmiede Saar, Wolfskaulstraße 50, Riegelsberg, 66292, Germany.
Shipment
To return your product, you should send your product to: Handyschmiede Saar, Wolfskaulstraße 50, Riegelsberg, 66292, Germany.
You must pay the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country in which you reside.
