Select the repair service that suits your device from the list above and add it to your shopping cart.

2. Shipping or on-site service
Go to the shopping cart or checkout directly. Choose your shipping option. You can also hand in your device at our branch in Riegelsberg.

Enter your billing and delivery address. We will of course treat your data confidentially.

Use one of our many payment methods such as PayPal, bank transfer, Giropay or pay in cash or EC on site.

5. We will repair your device
An experienced technician will take care of your device and repair it carefully for you.

6. Satisfied & happy
As soon as your smartphone is repaired, you can pick it up at our branch or we will send it back to you insured free of charge.

Wie lange dauert die Reparatur?
Wir halten die meisten Ersatzteile vorrätig, sodass eine Handy-Reparatur
i.d.R. innerhalb von 1-2 Stunden erledigt ist. Eine Tablet Reparatur
dauert i.d.R 2/3 Werktage.
Verwendet ihr Original-Ersatzteile?
Wir halten für alle gängigen Smartphones-Modelle Originalersatzteile auf
Lager. Wir möchten, dass sich dein Handy genauso anfühlt und bedienen
lässt, wie du es immer gewohnt warst. Deshalb erfolgt die Reparatur
ausschließlich mit original Ersatzteilen und nach Herstellervorgaben.
Für einige Modelle (Apple iPhone) bieten wir dir jedoch auch günstigere
Ersatzteile von Zweit-Herstellern an.
Ich weiß nicht, was an meinem Smartphone kaputt ist. Was soll ich jetzt machen?
Das ist kein Problem für uns! Ruf uns einfach an und schildere uns Deine
Beobachtung. Danach können wir Dir eine erste Fehlereinschätzung
