  • 2. Shipping or on-site service

    Go to the shopping cart or checkout directly. Choose your shipping option. You can also hand in your device at our branch in Riegelsberg.

  • 3. Enter your details

    Enter your billing and delivery address. We will of course treat your data confidentially.

  • 4. Select payment option

    Use one of our many payment methods such as PayPal, bank transfer, Giropay or pay in cash or EC on site.

  • 5. We will repair your device

    An experienced technician will take care of your device and repair it carefully for you.

  • 6. Satisfied & happy

    As soon as your smartphone is repaired, you can pick it up at our branch or we will send it back to you insured free of charge.

How long does it take to repair?

We keep most spare parts in stock, so a cell phone repair can usually be completed within 1-2 hours. A tablet repair usually takes 2/3 working days.

Do I get a loaner device during the repair?

If the repair of your device takes a long time, we will be happy to provide you with a loaner device for €10 per day.

Do you use original spare parts?

We keep original spare parts in stock for all common smartphone models. We want your phone to feel and operate the same way you've always been used to. That's why repairs are carried out exclusively with original spare parts and according to the manufacturer's specifications. However, for some models (Apple iPhone) we also offer cheaper replacement parts from second manufacturers.

What happens with my data?

Your data is safe with us. We never pass on devices and data to third parties.

I don't know what's wrong with my device. What should I do now?

That's not a problem for us! Just call us and tell us your observation. We can then give you an initial error estimate.

Will I receive an invoice for every repair?

Yes. Creating an invoice is a matter of course for us.

Do you also repair other devices such as tablets or laptops or?

Yes, we also repair tablets and notebooks. Just come by with your device or give us a call and we will work on solving the problem.
